1. General provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship with respect to the use of the services of the website fungamebuy.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) represented by the owners of the site (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), properly registered on the Site in accordance with section 2 of this Agreement.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Site, the User is deemed to have acceded to this Agreement.

2. Registration on the Site, password, security

2.1. In order to use the services of the Site, the User must go through the registration procedure, as a result of which a unique account will be created for the User.

2.2. To register, the User must fill out the registration form located at address. During the registration process, the User undertakes to provide reliable and complete information about himself and to keep this information up to date.

2.3. Upon completion of the registration process, the User uses the login and password selected by the User to access the personalized part of the Site services. The User is responsible for the security of his login and password, as well as for everything that will be done under the User’s login and password. The User is obliged to immediately notify the Administration of any unauthorized access and/or of any other security breach.

3. Responsibilities of a registered User

3.1. When using the services of the Site, the User is obliged to comply with the provisions of current legislation and this Agreement.

3.2. The User is fully responsible for information, data, text, programs, photographs, graphics, videos, messages and other materials (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”) that is made available through the Site’s services. The Administration is not responsible for the Content posted on the Site by the User.

3.3. By registering on the Site, the User agrees not to use any of the Site’s services to transmit/post Content that violates current legislation.

The user undertakes:

• a) do not upload or transmit Content containing materials prohibited by law, including pornographic or extremist materials;
• b) when posting Content, respect the rights of third parties, including copyright;
• c) do not allow unreasonable derogation of anyone’s honor, dignity, or business reputation;
• d) not post Content containing advertising information (including YouTube channel promotion);
• e) do not indicate personal data of third parties with the intention of impersonating another person;
• g) do not post spam;
• h) not use the Site to post/send viruses, malware, serial numbers, logins, passwords for paid resources;
• i) do not use the Site to collect, store and distribute personal data of other persons;
• k) not disrupt the normal operation of the Site.

3.4. The User acknowledges that the Administration has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to post Content or to delete any Content without notifying the User or explaining the reasons.

3.5. The User guarantees that he is the copyright holder of exclusive rights to the Content uploaded to the Site and undertakes to resolve third-party claims at his own expense.

3.6. The Administration has the right to request documents confirming that the User has all the necessary rights to post Content.

3.7. By agreeing to view 18+ materials, the User confirms that he has reached the age of 18.

3.8. The User acknowledges the right of the Administration to change the Site, including sections and design.

3.9. The User acknowledges the Administration's right to display advertising.

3.10. The user agrees to comply with the site rules.

4. Termination of registration

4.1. The Administration reserves the right to temporarily suspend, block or delete the User's account without notifying the User and/or explaining the reasons.

5. Rights to intellectual property

5.1. The copyright holder of the materials posted on the Site is the Administration or the persons who provided them. The User does not have the right to copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use materials from the Site for commercial purposes without a written agreement.

6. Release from guarantees and liability

The User agrees that:

6.1. The Administration does not guarantee that the Site’s services comply with the User’s specific goals.

6.2. The Administration does not guarantee continuous, fast, reliable and error-free service, and reserves the right to close any service at any time.

6.3. The administration is not responsible:

6.3.1. for any direct and indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use the services, unauthorized access to the User’s account;

6.3.2. for violation by the User of current legislation, including intellectual property laws.

6.4. The site may contain links to other Internet resources. The administration is not responsible for their functionality or content.

7. Final provisions

7.1. The Agreement may be changed by the Administration without special notification; the new version comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site.

7.2. All possible disputes will be regulated in accordance with current legislation.

7.3. Recognition by a court of any provision as invalid does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
